New site look!

After many false starts and much jibber-jabber, I finally have a new default home page for my site!

This is a very "beta" portal mod for phpBB, so not everything is as "slick" as it could be, but it's certainly better than a page that hasn't been updated for a year and three months!

Now, to get working on the photo gallery...
